Unspoken Treasure Society, Executive Director


Regina Livingston is the Founder and Executive Director of Unspoken Treasure Society, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2018 to address disparities impacting transgender and gender non-conforming individuals, particularly people of color. Through her leadership, the organization has expanded to serve communities in Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Atlanta, providing vital resources and advocacy rooted in compassion, equity, and empowerment.

Driven by both personal experience and a deep commitment to social justice, Regina has dedicated her work to creating safer, more inclusive spaces where individuals can access support and opportunities to thrive. Under her guidance, Unspoken Treasure Society offers programs focused on job readiness, affordable housing connections, HIV testing and counseling, suicide prevention, harm-reduction education, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence.

Regina is widely recognized as a passionate advocate for unity, resilience, and equity. Her leadership reflects a holistic approach that integrates trauma-informed care, community outreach, and restorative justice practices to uplift marginalized voices and promote lasting change. She continues to inspire others through her commitment to strengthening community connections and expanding access to resources that improve quality of life.

Through her vision and dedication, Regina Livingston has helped cultivate a movement centered on dignity, inclusion, and empowerment — ensuring that individuals from all backgrounds have the opportunity to live authentically and reach their fullest potential.

Angelique Godwin, M.Psych

Keynote Speaker


Angelique Godwin, M.Psych., is an Afro-Latina trans woman, Director of Transgender Equality at Equality Florida & Youth Mental Health Advocate . She works closely with children and youth, traveling to schools and colleges to teach students how to manage anxiety, recognize triggers, and build healthy communication skills.

She is the lead organizer of the historic Drag Queen March, founder of Florida’s first statewide trans march, “Let Us Live,” and creator of FL Voices for Change, the first statewide convening of trans-led organizations. Through her advocacy, mentorship, and leadership, she creates safe, affirming spaces for young people while advancing policies that improve the lives of trans, nonbinary, and intersex youth across Florida.

Mariah Moore

Mariah Moore is an award-winning organizer and activist advancing equity, safety, and justice for transgender communities. A New Orleans native, she serves as Director of Policy and Programs at Transgender Law Center and co-founded House of Tulip, providing safe, affirming housing for trans and gender non-conforming people.

In 2021, she became the first transgender woman to run for New Orleans City Council. Her work has been featured in major outlets including Vogue, Essence, and The New York Times. She received BET’s inaugural Active Advocate Award in 2023 and, in 2025, made history again as the first transgender commissioner appointed to the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority.

Grounded in lived experience, Mariah’s work centers dignity, joy, and freedom, especially for Black trans women.
