Every Trans Voice Matters
Unspoken Treasure Society was founded in June 2018 by Ms. Regina Livingston. Ms. Livingston is a Black Transgender woman who recognized a lack of support and resources for TGNC people, particularly TGNC people of color. She has transformed her vision into Unspoken Treasure Society, a 501(c)3 nonprofit with three chapters in Gainesville & Jacksonville FL, and Atlanta, GA. Through the implementation of trauma-informed care, harm-reduction, and restorative justice approaches, Unspoken Treasure Society is dedicated to finding solutions to the needs of the TGNC community. We provide peer support, community outreach, educational/informational literature, HIV-centered testing and counseling, and connections to various needs-based resources. We want to see all Americans have the same opportunities including affordable and fair housing, upward economic mobility, safer sex education, and freedom from violence and harm.
We want to make sure that every Transgender and Gender Non-Conforming voice of marginalized communities can be heard and equally understood.
